A. For Customers

Welcome to Lockrly — your trusted platform for secure and convenient luggage storage. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (“Services”) that enable you to safely store your bags at verified partner locations (“Partner Locations”).

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lockrly’s Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding with a booking.
2. Our Role
Lockrly acts as an intermediary between you (the “Customer”) and independent retail partners who provide secure luggage storage. We verify partner standards for safety and reliability.
3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made directly via the Lockrly website.

  • Storage fees are displayed clearly before booking confirmation.

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted partners.

4. Storage Period
Luggage must be dropped off and collected within your selected timeframe. Extensions can be requested, subject to availability and fees.
5. Bag Restrictions
Customers may not store prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials, including weapons, perishables, or valuables. Lockrly reserves the right to refuse unsafe items.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations before the booking start time may qualify for refunds.

  • No refunds apply for early pickups or late arrivals.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking details.

  • Collect luggage within operating hours.

  • Present valid ID at drop-off and pickup.

8. Limitation of Liability
Lockrly provides the platform only. Partner Locations are responsible for the safety and condition of stored items.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
B. For Retail Partners

By joining as a Lockrly Partner, you agree to the following terms governing your participation in our luggage storage network.

1. Role & Agreement
Partners provide secure short-term storage to customers booking via Lockrly’s platform.
2. No Setup Cost
There are no registration fees. Partners simply allocate safe storage space.
3. Commission & Payouts
Partners earn commission per completed booking. Payouts occur weekly or monthly — transparent and fee-free.
4. Partner Obligations

  • Maintain a clean and secure storage area.

  • Verify and tag each bag using Lockrly’s system.

  • Refuse unsafe or prohibited items.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. Lockrly may remove partners not meeting standards.
6. Branding & Conduct
Partners may display Lockrly signage but cannot misuse branding.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
